Refund Policy
At Kapn Chronic, your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right with your order, we'll work to resolve it quickly and fairly.
Order Issues & Missing Items
If your order arrives with missing items or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll review your order and make it right — whether that means sending the correct items or issuing a refund for the affected products.
Please have your order number and a brief description of the issue ready when you reach out. Photos of incorrect or damaged items help us resolve things faster.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take packaging and product quality seriously. If a product arrives damaged, unsealed, or visibly defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Once verified, we'll either replace the product on your next order or issue a full refund for the affected item. Damage caused after delivery (e.g., dropping, improper storage) is not eligible for refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for: missing items, incorrect products, damaged or defective items received, and orders that were never delivered (confirmed by our delivery team).
Refunds are not available for: change of mind after delivery, products that have been opened and partially consumed, dissatisfaction with product potency or flavour (these are subjective and vary by individual), or orders where the delivery address provided was incorrect.
Final Sale Items
All cannabis products are considered final sale once delivered and accepted in satisfactory condition. This is consistent with Ontario cannabis retail regulations. We cannot accept returns of cannabis products that have been opened or consumed.
Accessories and non-cannabis items follow the same policy — once delivered in good condition, they are considered final sale.
Refund Processing & Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
For e-transfer payments, refunds are sent to the email address on file. For credit or debit card payments, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

For any order issue, refund request, or question about this policy, reach out to the Kapn Chronic support team. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business hours (10 AM – 10 PM, 7 days a week).
Include your order number, the issue description, and any relevant photos. We'll review your case promptly and follow up with a resolution.
